We publish a realistic band of 3.44 to 10.38 per unit for standard configurations at 240 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

Every batch is pulled from running production, not from a display shelf. We check draw resistance, airflow balance, charge behaviour, leak performance after a temperature shift, finish quality and carton integrity, and we keep the pull records against the order number.
Flavour drift between batches is the quiet killer of repeat orders. We retain a sealed reference sample from every run so a complaint six weeks later can be compared against what actually left the building.
