We keep batch codes traceable from carton to production date. When a market authority asks for traceability, a supplier who cannot produce it in an hour becomes a liability very quickly.
Artwork approval is a two stage process: a digital proof for text and layout, then a physical dummy for colour and finish. Skipping the dummy is the single most common cause of a reprint.
Where the margin really sits
We publish a realistic band of 3.55 to 10.25 per unit for standard configurations at 60 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Unit price breaks usually land at 60, 240 and 480 pieces. Between those steps the cost curve flattens, which is why pushing a 200 unit order to 500 often costs less per unit than buyers expect.
