The checks behind every shipment
Ordering THC vape is not difficult. Ordering THC vape that sell through without a return queue behind them is the part most buyers underestimate, and it is where we spend our time. Cosmetic grading is written down, not argued about. Minor scuffs inside the tolerance band are accepted; anything that would make a customer put the unit back on the shelf is rejected. Your staff should never have to explain a finish defect to a paying customer.
Where the margin really sits
Freight is quoted separately and honestly. Bundling it into the unit price looks tidy and hides the one line that changes most often between shipments.
We publish a realistic band of 3.18 to 9.89 per unit for standard configurations at 240 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
The reorder is the real test
Returns are handled as data, not as complaints. Every reported failure is logged by mode and by batch, and the pattern is reviewed monthly with the factory.
Technical questions usually arrive at the worst possible moment, which is why we answer them on WhatsApp as well as email. A photo and a two line message resolves most issues faster than a ticket.

How orders move from factory to shelf
Freight on THC vape products is driven by volume more than weight. Cartons are designed to hit a clean pallet count, which is why a slightly denser pack can cut your landed cost by more than a discount on the unit price ever would.
We ship from Shenzhen and Guangzhou: air express for samples and part loads, sea freight for volume. Typical production lead time is 25 working days after artwork approval, plus transit. We quote both routes so you can see the trade-off instead of guessing at it.

Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 240 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
What is the minimum order for THC vape?
Standard configurations start at 240 units per SKU, with mixed SKUs allowed inside the same carton. Custom colours, custom packaging or a private label run usually start at 600 units because of setup time on the line.
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
