Battery safety is not a marketing line. Cells are matched by capacity and internal resistance before assembly, charging boards are checked for cut-off voltage, and any unit that fails the cut-off test never reaches packing.
Cosmetic grading is written down, not argued about. Minor scuffs inside the tolerance band are accepted; anything that would make a customer put the unit back on the shelf is rejected. Your staff should never have to explain a finish defect to a paying customer.

How we structure a first order
A practical starting order for retail buyers is 240 units across two or three SKUs, not 240 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
Factory capacity matters more than factory size. A line that can hold a tolerance across 5,000 units is worth more than a showroom that can produce 50,000 on paper. We qualify capacity by running a repeat order and measuring the drift.
