Unit price versus landed cost
Buyers come to us for THC vape after a bad quarter: dead stock on one side, empty shelves on the other. The cause is usually the same, an assortment built from a catalogue instead of from sell-through data. This page explains how we rebuild that balance for retail buyers.
Unit price breaks usually land at 300, 800 and 1600 pieces. Between those steps the cost curve flattens, which is why pushing a 200 unit order to 500 often costs less per unit than buyers expect.
We publish a realistic band of 3.23 to 10.14 per unit for standard configurations at 300 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
How we structure a first order
We keep a short list of approved configurations for THC vape products. Anything outside that list is possible, but it becomes a custom run with a custom lead time, and we quote it as such rather than pretending everything is standard.
A practical starting order for retail buyers is 300 units across two or three SKUs, not 300 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
Merchandising a small range well
Counter space is finite. Three well-chosen SKUs outsell nine crowded ones, and the empty space signals a curated range rather than a clearance table.
Seasonality in THC vape products is real but smaller than most buyers assume. The bigger swing comes from restocking discipline, not from calendar events.

We would rather lose an order at quotation stage than explain a mismatch after delivery, which is why the specification conversation comes before the price conversation.

How long does production take?
Around 25 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Split shipments are quoted separately because consolidation and splitting price differently. Tell us the destination list at quotation stage and we will show both options.
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
